For some reason, when I tried to play it, I got a region error.
Then I fixed the region error, and after the intro...
I can't play it!!
An error message 0x8004027D appeared.
Maybe if I had used vlc, there would have been no problem.
But I wanted a software specifically for DVD playback, so I wanted to fix it.
(It was a software released by Microsoft)
The cause was the display driver!
It's 101.2115.
The GPU I'm using is Intel HD 530.
I googled to see what the stable version was, and it seems that version 25.20.100.6471 is stable.
If you don't like old versions, use the latest one. It got worse in my environment.
Honestly, I didn't think the driver had anything to do with it. Fixed
